Important Notice

By using Axel Exchange, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Exchange Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Exchange Service in compliance with all applicable regulations we might see fit. You shall not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, if we suspect you are exchanging money from an unauthorized source we might put your money on hold until you can prove you are the real owner of the account the funds has been sent from.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Exchange Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Payments

If we suspect you are exchanging money from an unauthorized source we might put your money on hold until you can prove you are the real owner of the account the funds have been sent from.

  • Making a payment to an incorrect email or address may lead to the loss of your funds.
  • Unauthorized money transfers and payments made without the exchangers consent may lead to loss of funds.
  • Funds sent through Goods and Services (G&S) are not refunded, this will also blacklist you from our services.
  • Payments made through any of our options, when sent with notes may lead to loss of funds.
  • PayPal balance to Crypto must be sent fully from balance, when sent otherwise the funds may not be refunded.
  • If the payment provider used for the exchange decides to hold the money to run checks the deal will be paused until the money has been processed to the exchangers account. This includes account locks.
  • If our exchanger has a [Max ?€] as their name the amount set there will be the max they are allowed to deal. If you proceed to deal above this we are not responsible for your funds in case of a scam.
  • Any deal made in DMs with any of our staff / exchangers we do not take any responsibility over and has nothing to do with our service.
  • We reserve the right to not take any responsibility for the actions of the exchangers in this server.
  • If you are disrespectful / racist multiple times mid deal to the person doing the deal it could lead to a ban so please keep it professional in tickets.
  • We do not cover any network/transaction fees.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Any change of our terms of service applies to any ongoing deal and we do not have to disclose it.
