This document explains how to open an exchange request, what details to provide, how to proceed safely, and how to confirm receipt of funds. It excludes commands and focuses on clear, user‑facing messages.

Getting Started

  • Join our official Discord server.
  • Navigate to the dedicated exchange section.
  • Press the button to open a new exchange request/ticket.
  • Wait for an exchanger to claim your ticket.

Key Messages

  • The exchanger will claim your ticket and proceed with the exchange.

Exchange Flow

Message: "Hi! Tell us what you want to send, what you want to receive, and the exact amount."

Message: "We will provide the address or payment method matching your choice (e.g., PayPal, Crypto, Gift Card, Bank Transfer)."

Message: "Once the payment is made, send the confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) in the ticket."

Message: "You will receive the converted amount via the selected method. We will notify you when the operation is completed."

Message: "If anything is unclear or you need assistance, stay in the ticket: our team will reply quickly."

Safety Guidelines

  • Never share private keys or sensitive data.
  • Always verify the address or email before sending funds.
  • Avoid notes in payments unless explicitly requested.
  • Goods & Services (G&S) payments can lead to restrictions or refusal.
  • If the provider performs checks or holds, processing time may increase.

Escrow & Processing Time

Exchanges may use escrow and manual checks when needed to ensure maximum safety. Typical processing time is 15–30 minutes but can extend during provider checks or peak volume.

Fees & Rates

Completion & Confirmation
